Client Policies
To help us provide the highest level of care for every patient, please review the following hospital policies.
Leash & Carrier Policy
For the safety of our patients, clients, and staff, all pets must be properly restrained while visiting our hospital.
- Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times.
- Cats and small pets must be transported in an appropriate carrier.
- Pets should remain restrained in the waiting area and examination rooms unless directed otherwise by a member of our team.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To ensure adequate time for scheduled appointments and surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.
While we strive to see every client on time, emergency cases occasionally require immediate attention and may result in appointment delays. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding when these situations arise.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Clients who do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice may be charged an office visit fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may reduce the time available for your appointment. Depending on the schedule and severity of other cases, late arrivals may be asked to reschedule so that we can provide every patient with the attention they deserve.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us provide timely, high-quality care to all of our patients.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time services are rendered.
If you have questions regarding payment, please contact our team prior to your appointment
